Passive Self Observation:A self-created psychological function, which is given the job of observing the actions, feelings, and thoughts of self and others without judgment (Thus, "Passive"). This function does not do, does not interfere with objects of attention. It does not prefer and avoid outcomes. It simply watches and records. It is not a natural function... rather, it is self-created in order to verify the roots and processes of one's behaviors. When created, we intend that this function shall operate 24/7/365. Since this function is not created by natural mechanism, our Attention is required for its continuous opperation. It is possible to sustain this function during the hours of nighttime sleep. | |
